ABOUT THE ROLE:
Zenith Technologies are looking for a Junior OSI-PI Engineer to join
our MES/OSI team in our Cork office. The Engineer will be involved in
Design, Configuration and Testing of the Werum Pas-X KPI Tool &
OSIsoft PI Data Historian product range as part of an office/project
team.
The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the Senior PI
Engineers in Office and on-site. Werum Pas-X KPI Tool & OSIsoft PI
training will be provided. He/she will be required to have a minimum
of 1 to 2 years? experience in a biotech/ pharmaceutical industry.
_REQUIREMENTS_
? Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (minimum 2-year program).
? Minimum 2/3 years&#**Apply on the website**; employment in a
relevant process industry.
? Good technical knowledge of networks and related hardware and
software .
? Good technical knowledge of network security, DCOM and TCP/IP
protocol.
? Good documentation skills (Word, Excel).
? Validation experience in a GMP environment (GAMP5/ASTM E**Apply on

? Experience with Windows system administration (Server **Apply on
the website**/**Apply on the website**/**Apply on the website**/).
? Programming experience or training in some of the following:
VB.NET, SQL, Oracle, VBA, and XML.
? MS Windows knowledge.
? Oracle administration (installation / configuration).
? MS SQL server administration (installation / configuration).
? OSI PI administration (installation / configuration).
? Experience with OPC-DA to integrate equipment via OSI PI to the
PAS-X KPI.
? Basic Concepts of Operational Excellence.
? Experience with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) measurement
in packaging.
? Basic knowledge about:
- Reasons for downtimes and the changeover procedures, to talk
"customer language".
- batches, orders, material and shift calendars.
? Communication skills to supervisors, administrators and operators.
? Training execution to administrators, supervisor and operator.
? Demonstration of an existing set of Tableau reports.
? SDLC Validation (important for some customers running KPI projects
as GMP projects).
? Ability and willingness to travel
? Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to work as a team member, but can also work alone,
unsupervised.
